The room had a comfortable bed that made it easy to sleep.
The check-in process was very impersonal and poorly managed.

decent room, large bright restaurant, good location off motorway
Road noise from the nearby M5 is quite bothersome!!! Single-glazed windows lead to uncomfortable nights!!! The lack of a lift makes it difficult to navigate with luggage!!!

Perfect stop for family on road trips
The room was clean and spacious, comfortable enough to let us rest after a long drive. Breakfast was a winner too, good variety and fresh, got my money's worth and then some.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but what you get makes up for it.

Family with children gathering place
The staff were friendly and helpful, made our stay a little more enjoyable. Every evening, after a long day, we would unwind at the bar. the food was very good and pretty reasonable, surprisingly well done for a stopover.
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, for what we got, it was still acceptable.

i had a lovely stay at the hotel. the staff were great, and they even prepared us a quick meal after the kitchen closed. the room was small, but that didn't matter since we just needed a place to sleep for the night. the location was perfect right by the interchange.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We explored nearby attractions like the Clifton Suspension Bridge and enjoyed the local parks. Beds were comfy, and the location was super convenient. Just a heads up, the breakfast choices were decent but could use more variety, especially for the eggs.
We had a bit of an unsettling experience when another guest entered our room late at night, claiming it was his. It turned out we had been assigned a room that was already checked into, which was quite disturbing.
